Welcome to the 2024 IHG Virtual Benefits Fair

At IHG, we’re committed to you and your family's health and well-being by helping you make the best benefits decisions to meet everyone's needs. IHG will be hosting its 3rd annual Virtual Annual Open Enrollment Benefit Fair. This allows all US IHG, regardless of location, the opportunity to obtain information, ask questions and interact with our health & welfare vendors before making your 2024 Benefit Elections in myBenefits Connect. 2024 Open Enrollment will run from October 16 through October 27th at 11:59pm ET. Through our Virtual Benefits Fair you can:

Earn Virgin Pulse Points, Win Prizes & find out what's new for 2024!
Obtain information about the health, wellbeing, and voluntary benefits available to you and your family
Interact with vendors and ask your questions live via the chat function, or set up a time to take your conversation offline
Review plan details and materials, plus add them to your virtual swag bag to save for later

A virtual benefits fair is an interactive, online event where you can learn more about the 2024 IHG Group Benefit Plans. You can visit different vendor booths, engage with vendor representatives, and attend the 2024 Open Enrollment Benefits presentation.
The Virtual Benefits Fair will be held on October 11th, 2023 from 10:00 AM ET to 3:30 PM ET. It will also be available on demand from October 12th through October 27th.
After registering, you can access the Virtual Benefits Fair from your computer, tablet or personal smartphone at http://ihg.vfairs.com/.
The Virtual Benefits Fair is open to all benefit eligible employees and their dependents.
No, you are not required to join the Virtual Benefits Fair at a certain time or for a set amount of time. You can attend when it is convenient for you and stay as long as you would like. Vendors will be available to chat from 10:45am to 3:30pm ET.
Each vendor booth has a public chat or 1 on 1 chat option. Any conversations had in the 1 on 1 chat are completely private between you and the representative.
There will not be a waiting list. Vendors may have a lot of traffic (just as in a live fair) and may not be able to reach everyone immediately, so please be patient.
